I’m so glad I decided to skip having the work done at the dealership and went with C and C. They were very communicative, fast, and ended up being cheaper than what the dealership quoted me. davidgibsonhm3 StarUsually have great experiences at the Washington Road location. Today I was a little disappointed. I dropped my vehicle off knowing a brake line had ruptured, I told them that. They told me that all brake lines needed replacing, not a surprise, but it wasn’t something they would take on. OK, appreciate the honesty. Had another item fixed on the vehicle while it was there. When I picked it up a was surprised an hour labor was charged to “diagnose” brake pedal goes to the floor when the cause was already known. Not a highlight of my experiences there. Usually satisfied with fair pricing on work and ability.

Brian Gable5 StarThese guys are top notch. My daughter was in from out of town visiting friends and the shifter in her car would not move. These guys towed it to their shop and diagnosed the problem and installed the part in the same day getting my daughter up and going very quickly. I dealt with Barry by phone the whole time and he was very professional and courteous. If you are ever in town and need anything I would give Barry and the group a call, you will not be disappointed.Monday 24th January 2022
