LOVE SONG sexypie1 StarI brought my mom to this place because we spoke to Charlie on the phone, he said bring in her car & they will diagnose her car problem for free; they also advertise it in a flyer. We arrived Thursday 10am & spoke to Jay the mechanic. He told us to leave the car there & he would call us with a diagnosis by 1pm. No call back so we called & they said next day. Then nothing on Friday... we called again & spoke to Charlie. He will check it tomorrow. Saturday they were closed, we called him & he said will let us know. Sunday closed. We called him Monday, he said we could have her car back when they open. Then he made her pay a Diagnostic fee of$150 just to get her car back even though he told her it was free over the phone. Then he told her he will give her an "old lady discount" & made her pay $100 & said she left her car there for 4days! NO. They kept her car for 4 days till she wanted to quit dealing with this nonsense. Please explain how you do business?Tuesday 29th March 2022

Chris was extremely courteous & professional and Armando & Angel were very thorough with my vehicle. Finally an honest auto shop with fair prices.....we will definitely be back! 👍👍Tuesday 3rd August 2021
