Very poor experience here.... They took $130 - which I had to negotiate down from $150 - just to give me "diagnostics" that my brakes were no good, which was obvious just from driving the car and looking at it for a second. They tried to rip me off by telling me all my rotors needed changing, in fact on further inspection the front rotors were fine... Fortunately I found an honest mechanic who did the job and for half the price these guys wanted. Would not recommend this place.

I took my vehicle here as it is closer than the dealership I normally go to; for a diagnosis and after week the problem could not be identified. The answer in a nutshell was “we think this could be the problem but no guarantee”. So I paid for an impartial diagnosis and issue not resolved. My vehicle was towed directly from C&R to my dealership. The dealership properly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle within 1 week. I believe C&R rides on the longevity of being in business but the negative reviews seem reflect otherwise. I avoid this place because it will be a waste of your time and hard earned money.
