Yazzy C5 StarU rented a truck from Fredericksburg and made a reservation online for one to pick up at this shop. Unfortunately, the truck never came for me to pick up
.The owner of the business went out of his way and made sure I have a truck. He did go above and beyond and I was not stranded. I'm an Army Veteran, ith chronic pain from my military service. He didn't know, that he wasn't just helping a lady who rented from U-Haul, he was helping ab Army Veteran. There are good people and business people in this world, this business wonder is someone who cares about people and his job. I highly recommend that you visit his store even if it isn't a truck rental, as they do take care of vehicles. Honored appointment and was done ahead of schedule. Able to go to the US Post Office and get other errands done as they are in the same shopping center. Mary Carey1 StarI took my car in, they said I needed a fuel pump replaced. They replaced the fuel pump and soon after the smell of gas filled the inside of my car. I had it towed back to them and they were trying to tell me the smell was perfume. I haven't worn perfume in over a year and everyone including the tow truck driver smelled gas. It smacks you in the face when you open my car door. They did nothing to fix it. I took my car to another shop and they said the lock rings were not tightened. It cost me an additional $120.00 to have my car fixed from their negligence. I called Mike, the owner over a week ago and he never returned my call. I called today, he was rude and did not want to discuss my car any further so now I have to take this matter to court. I would not take a bicycle to this place.
