Okay I'll make this short - after looking over a three state area to find someone to look at my RV generator I decided to drop off the generator with Preston while visiting from Colorado. Excellent service. Brought in my 2006 sprinter since it was making a rattling sound near the engine. They immediately diagnosed the issue which was needing a new harmonic balancer, and fixed it within 2 days of me bringing it in last minute. Honest and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend theses guys!
