This shop has had my car since June 7th and it is still not ready.. It is there for work under warranty. I have been out of a car since March because the head gasket was done incorrectly and for some reason it is of no priority to fix the problem and get me back on the road. Extremely disappointed in the fact that not only is it taking so long to even fix my car but they are horrible at communicating and often don't answer the phone when I call. They have never returned my phone calls, I'm lucky to get them on the phone for an update once a week. Every week I'm told it will be done by Friday and then I never get a call

The last post by miss Lohse is false. Her car isn't being fixed under warranty since she never paid for the original repairs. Shawn has worked on her vehicle free of charge when he didn't have too. I paid over 1800 dollars to get this vehicle fixed and it wasn't finished when miss Lohse took the vehicle. She's lucky Shawn is finishing the work
