Would I recommend this place? Sure, if you are the kind of detailed person that loves pouring over your service invoice finding duplicate charges. Or, perhaps you need the constant reminders for recommended services that they have already completed. You might be a rodent lover and enjoy picking up your car to find droppings and garbage all over the seats and then hearing that the shop owner actually noticed it after having the car for 4 days but did not think to clean it up (nor did the service technician). If you enjoy hearing "I don't know what's going on" as answers, being talked down to like you don't know anything, or just plain being dismissed, then this is the shop for you! Hearing "It's like I have 10 children working for me" instills so much confidence that your repairs were done correctly. Your mileage may vary with service here, but after spending thousands of dollars I will take my business elsewhere.

Started experiencing engine issues the night before Thanksgiving but Canyon Auto ensured issues were diagnosed by Friday evening and work finished by Saturday afternoon. Having gotten similar work for this recurrent issue at another dealership, their pricing seemed reasonable. They were very communicative, friendly, and easy to understand. They answered my many questions. Also nice they are open until 7pm with some hours on Saturday too. I will be going back if issues arise.

I have been coming here for years, they handle all service on my two vehicles and any large repairs when needed. Prices are fair and I enjoy the experience every time because every repair is explained in full. Glad to have a trusted mechanic.

I used canyon auto to repair my 2016 Honda Civic. It needed new drivers side rear suspension components and new sway bar link. My two complaints on this shop are really they’re price and amount of time it took to fix my car. If your going to pay cash I highly suggest going to any number of shops other then this one. I dropped my car off 9/30/21 picked it up 10/18/21. Paid $350 for them to look at it and tell me what all was wrong with it 9/30 got told it would be $2,531.49 to fix it and work would be done and they wanted $1,000 deposit.10/9/21 show up and the car is not done. Get told the rear sway bar link didn’t come with the part they ordered and now they will be special ordering one for a additional $54.24 and part will come in 10/18/21. The final nail in the coffin for me to never use this place was charging me the additional $54.24 and the extra week of waiting. I believe parts should have been fully confirmed and prices. So In total I paid $2,935.73. And didn’t have my car for 19 days. The only nice thing I can say about canyon is Edgar is a nice guy but the shop on the other hand definitely wants your money……
