Wanted to say thank you to Don and the rest of the caples team. Brought in my wife's car for catalytic converter issues. Don went out of his way to find a part when they weren't available unfortunately the company he ordered one from sent the wrong part. He promptly refunded my deposit and told us how to get by until we could save some money to buy the part from the dealer. It's nice to have a local business that truly cares about their customers. We will bring car back to them when we can get part and I will be recommending caples to family and friends. Thank you again. A great and honest place to take your vehicle.

Caples repaired wheel bearings/hub, heater/ac fan, oil change and alignment on my pickup truck at a VERY decent price. Approximately a week later I received a call from their finance department that they noted an overcharge on my invoice and was going to refund it back to me ($149). Not only will I use them going forward, but I will also HIGHLY recommend them.

Heard they were reliable and quality service I'm the type of person who normally does his oil himself Wasn't a pinch got it here Since I live close by Not only did they impact my drain bolt and my filter cap as well And forgetting to put the O ring on my filter Causing damage to my vehicle I will never return here and I will never refer anybody to this place be warned These are elementary mistakes

We moved to Westminster about 2 years ago and have made Caples Car Care our go to place. They have given us consistent great service. One thing to note, I am quite handy and if the price is too high I will go ahead and diy. But I have been putting off fixing my front headlight. Today, I decided to call the guys up and see what I’m looking at for a headlight fix. They just said ma’am come on up and let us take care of it. 🙌🏾 I just appreciate care. And this shows care to me. And we keep coming here for that reason. I don’t have to wait for my husband to call for me to be treated kindly and fairly. I keep meeting families to recently moved here like us. If you are looking for a reliable repair ship this is the place here.
