I normally wouldn't do this but the guy on the phone really ticked me off. Granted, I set appointments three times that I missed as I am on call for work at any time and subsequently was called upon in the AM the day of all three appointments. I couldn't call to cancel as the business was closed at 4 in the morning. I called yet again to set another appointment. The first thing I did was apologize for the missed apps and he greeted me with an attitude telling me he wouldn't look at it because I "blew him off". An uncalled for display of self entitlement; A dying business in this state where every customer should be viewed as a positive thing you would think my apology would have been enough. Even after telling the guy that I wanted to give my business to them and no one else he refused to look at my car. I even told him that my app was guaranteed as I made sure I took the day off for this exact reason. Great guys for the most part and I know they do excellent work but this experience was unexpected and a real bummer.
