At first I thought this place was great, the oil change was fast, it also included and inspection which is nice. The people there were also very friendly. After they inspected my car they informed me that my front brakes were 2mm thin and they weren’t comfortable letting me leave. They said that if they get thin enough they could fall out and I wouldn’t have brakes. They told me it would be $350 for just my front brakes and then proceeded to tell me about a payment plan if finances were an issue, I declined the offer and left. Only getting an oil change and a new cabin air filter. I had my father change my brakes because I was nervous about them. After he changed them, he told me they weren’t that bad and it wasn’t an emergency for them to have been changed. We then measured the old brake pads, no where near 2mm thin. I’m leaving this review because I originally thought this place was really nice and helpful, but now it seems they were just trying to get a young woman to fork over as much money as possible before catching on. Just like every other car place. Their oil changes are fairly cheaper and also include an inspection, but just be cautious of what they try to sell you. Get a second opinion!

Fantastic shop! Wes was a knowledgeable service writer who helped me schedule what I needed done, AND got my car in a bay on the same day. That kind of stuff just doesn't happen at other shops. As far as the service the work performed was excellent, the techs know what they're doing, and the (complementary!) inspection was thorough and informative. They've earned my business, and I have several other vehicles I'll be bringing there.

I like the way this guys handle the service. I communicate with you, and let you know where you’re at before any of the work is done. They recommend repairs and replacements based on their inspection of your vehicle but don’t pressure you into getting done immediately. I like the texts I received with information about water recommendations were and give me an opportunity to decide what other work I want done . I even had a follow up email with a reminder. I’m very pleased with her service. Their prices were reasonable.

Took two cars in for oil change, filters, and tire rotation. Mike and the other guys are great! There were about 6 other customers having work done. They all seemed very pleased with the operation, and the interaction between staff and customers was professional and absolutely first class. Prices here are very reasonable. I highly recommend Car Fix!
