They did a fun check in process when I dropped my car off (told me where things were going to be installed, asked questions, and then did a full check of my systems, so there wouldn't be any concerns after). Erin Zekis5 StarYou know, things were slow because of the nefarious “supply-chain issues.” And I would have appreciated a call to let me know that my installation would be delayed; I had to call and ask. But they’re also understaffed, and it was the holidays, so I get it. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and am thrilled with it!
