Susan C5 StarI got prompt, friendly service. My customer service rep was knowledgable and really listened to me. I was buying a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he gave me the best product he could within my budget. I really appreciated that. He set me up with an appointment. I was pleased with everything.
Then, when my boyfriend found out what I was getting him, he upgraded the product to a top of the line system the same day as the installation and car toys was able to accommodate us.
Now I am hoping they can train my boy friend how to use his new GPS and back up system. But that's not Car Toys fault.Wednesday 1st December 2021
Marc Adenwala5 StarCar Toys totally hooked me up. First of all they didn’t just sell me the most expensive stereo, the rep showed me four and let me choose. He even showed me a Marine stereo (I drive a Jeep and during the summer drive with the top down) who’s display reads perfectly in full sunlight. I ended up going with the Marine stereo which they installed in under an hour. I walked to a cafe, had some breakfast, walked back and it was done. Perfect install, everything look and sounds great. Joel Escalona1 StarI would not recommend this location. After getting my vehicle back after a day of being told it was interior detailed pretty good. There was still hair in the front and back seat, dirt stains in the back, compartment was not cleaned, left over trash underneath the front seats. I highly do not recommend going back to this place and getting my car clean. Terrible experience!Wednesday 2nd February 2022
