I had a wonderful experience getting my windows tinted here with Alexis! He was super nice and warm, professional, and a great teacher. If you’ve never had your windows tinted before, I recommend first meeting up with him to learn about the different options and giving yourself some time to identify exactly what you want. Alexis can walk you through the parking lot and show you various cars’ windows and explain the different degrees of tinting—this was so helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again and would recommend all my friends to Car Toys.

(Long but worth it, DL;DR: best group of guys working here, 10/10 would recommend!) This place is amazing, customer service alone was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the door, to budgeting, financing, payment, and picking up my truck, these guys were awesome. Issac was the main guy I talked to and he was great. I never felt pressured, he was patient, and figured out way to get me discounts without me even asking for them! The installers were great too, I can’t remember their names but both guys I talked to were cool. The first guy helped me with a budget, gave me his honest opinion, and didn’t try to update me (he actually talked to me about a cheaper route so I didn’t waste money I didn’t have to). The guy I met who actually worked on my truck was great as well, he told me he was excited to work on my Tacoma and that he blocked out his day for it so he could take his time which was really assuring to me and reduced my anxiety about leaving my 2021 vehicle with them. Even throughout the day they called me a few times to keep me updated on my truck, let me know about any scuffs they found, and Issac even called to let me know he and his manager worked out a way to get me protection without an extra charge since THEY wanted to make sure the system was protected. I still have to bring my truck back to get my sub installed since they had to order a custom part, but they were sick enough to go ahead and install everything else so it’s all set up for the sub! I’d write more but I’ll wrap it up to: They’re an amazing group of guys, best Car Toys around. Super excited to take my new sound system on a road trip :)

I took my car for a detailed cleaning and I was very happy with the result. They were friendly and fast at the check in. Nick was amazing cleaning my car. He suggested what needed it to be done for getting my car as clean possible and he accommodate my appointment ASAP. He was very detail oriented and he got rid of all that pet hair and soil. I had never took my car to Car toys before , but now definitely I will take my car there again .

The customer service was excellent from start to even after finish! I had forgotten my Harry Potter CD in my old stereo and only remembered after they installed the new one. My car was done right at close, but they stayed late just to help me retrieve my CD (which has a lot of sentimental value to me) and I greatly appreciated it. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend them to anybody and I wouldn't hesitate to go back :D

We were interested in getting a new entertainment system and backup camera installed based on a special they were advertising. Don’t trust their prices. They add on a bunch of fees at the last minute that basically makes it twice as expensive. I expected some mark up but not that much. Maybe the work is fine but unless money is not an option don’t let them waste your time.
