I never take my car to any other location. I tell people whenever I can to take there car to car x and they will get amazing service. He helped us figure out what tires would be best for her car for the winter, and most cost effective without trying to sell us the most expensive tire they had. He also didn’t try to over sell us on extra things like they do at jiffy lube and Midas. I would highly recommend talking to Cody and getting an honest estimate on your car and and honest price. They were absolutely incredible. My car got a flat tire while driving through the area on our way up to Wisconsin. We were in the parking lot of a discount tire when we noticed it, and they had a 2 hour wait. We called multiple places trying to find someone to help us sooner, but every tire place in town was having a Labor Day sale and they were all busier than usual (many of them were unable to help until Tuesday). When we called Car-X, Cody couldn’t have been more helpful. He said they were pretty booked up but he would take a look. We drove over there (slowly and nervously, on a very low tire) and he got my tire patched up and had us on our way in less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful. OMG Harley and Herman at this location are the most incredible people... Very prompt efficient and in today's world the most honest people I have ever dealt with. I've had multiple repairs done here from major to minor and every time I haven't been given the "you're gonna die if you don't fix this " speech... They just fix what needs to be done. Customer for life! My trucks steering column broke, pretty unusual fix. Harley and the boys only had my work truck for a few days and I was back on the road. I was pretty impressed to say the least. I want to thank Herman also for his dedication to fixing this unusual situation Thanks boys. I will bring the wife's vehicle there when necessary. Harley is the BEST! Outgoing yet professional .Efficient and polite.Was patient and kind to this Senior Citizen! Give that young man a raise! Throw a raise to Kyle too!Luvd them both! I have been coming here for a handful of years with multiple cars. No high pressure sales but they do a good job of communicating what they see. They are Fair, trustworthy and they do what they say they're going to do. I have personally seen them on multiple occasions go above and beyond for customers. They stand behind what they do and charge fair prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I travel a lot and often pick up things in my tire. This morning I had a Flat and called, the staff was amazing took me right in and explained everything. I will return if needing services. Thanks for a beautiful morning
