Come in for a free inspection and allow us to earn your trust. I called Bill this morning as my Mother-in-Law’s tire was losing air. I asked if they had time to fit her in and he said bring it in. She drove over and they discovered a nail in the tire. They were so nice, she wasn’t nervous going in at all. Thank you for taking care of her and I think you’ve found a long term customer for sure. Thank you! I was new to the area and was checking out a few local spots for a new "go-to" car maintenance place, and I'm 100% sure this is the one. Had to wait hours at Firestone and Meineke, both for getting ANYTHING scheduled and getting things done. But this place has been great every time I've used it, and Bill up front has always been super upfront, super honest, and very helpful with any and all questions or concerns, always willing to literally bring you out to the floor and point out the problem himself. The other staff seem friendly from the few seconds I'd speak to them as well. From now on I'll be recommending this place to friends, family, girlfriend, whoever wants their car taken care of right. Nothing but a positive experience from when I walked in the door until I left. Courteous service with all questions answered. I watched the mechanic thru the glass door complete the brakes. My car is 36 years old he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend this shop. Bill helped our daughter through an expensive repair. He gave the costs and helped her understand what was wrong with the car and even suggested she "talk to her parents about it." Really appreciate that. We checked another place for price reference; Car-X was hundreds below the other place. I've visited this location a few times and each time the service was excellent. Staff is extremely polite and well educated. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help everyone. Genuine. This is a business I will continue to return to. Thank you. The guys here are awesome! I have never had a bad experience here; they always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Always good prices and great customer service from Troy. They are all very knowledgeable, thorough, and fix it right the first time. I could not recommend this place more! They will always be the only place to look at our vehicles.

I was traveling by myself over Thanksgiving, and my van's battery light came on while I was still 3 hours from home. Turns out I needed a new alternator. Chris and Larry ( I believe that was the technician's name) were fantastic. Not only did they save a space for me (I was about 45 minutes out from them when I called), they got me in right away, double checked everything to make sure I was spending my money in the right place, and treated me like a long time customer rather than someone who didn't live anywhere near there. The best customer service I've had in a long time. 11/10 recommend!

Dropped my vehicle 12/29/21 at 10:30 am and was promised my alignment will be done by 5 pm, called couple times around 2 and 4 pm and was assured that it be ready by 5pm, called in at 4:45 to be told that it wont be ready till tomorrow by 9 -10 am at about 10:10 get call saying they cant even perform an alignment on my vehicle for whatever reason. The fact that it took them almost 24 hours to realize it tells a lot about this guys, on top of it got my car back damaged and of course Scott is refusing the damages stating that it was like that when it came in. Also Scott needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Highly recommend this Carx . The two gentlemen that were there this morning have been honest, professional and informative. Look, it’s a business but they didn’t beat around the bush and were straight to the point. As long as i live in this area this my goto place. Positive attitudes and not once did they try to sell me misleading information.

The new manager was very unprofessional. Called in to ask a question and was dismissed quickly. He acted like I was unintelligent, as I am when it comes to mechanical issues, but not when it comes to customer service. I will not be back to that shop, nor recommend CarX to any of my friends or family. I am sorry that this company has chosen to go in this direction. They use to be reputable.
