Conrad Andrews5 StarI am simply amazed at what happened today, I was losing the tred on my tire on my loaded gooseneck trailer and was down to 20 miles an hour, I called two other shops off the internet in town, no answer and no time was my response. I called cardinal, they don't know me, I don't know them, the woman on the phone said she could change the tire, but I would have to unload my piece of equipment first, ...understandable, when I pulled in a mechanic walked up to my driver's door before I even got out, and explained where to unload and park my trailer, the very moment I got unloaded and parked, he immediately went to work on my tire, and I was back on the road....I am absolutely amazed and happy with the way they went out of their way to take care of someone they have never seen before.
