Purposely delayed reviewing to make sure the quality of work/service to the car holds. I was a bit hesitant to bring my car to CarHavn after 5 years of consistently bringing to Hoffman Audi for Service. But the professionalism of the staff (Ramiro), makes you feel at home. It was easy to make an appointment. They go through the car an assess what needs to be done and provide detailed estimate. They give you realistic schedule of completing the job and keep it. The work was excellent. I have long commute on a daily basis, and the car has never run smoother than this. Very happy with the service. Will I go back to this shop: YES! Will I recommend it: Big YES!

My car was having trouble starting once the weather got colder AND the check engine light came on as well after an incident where my tires were spinning in the mud. The prompt in the car was to take it to be serviced right away. First they checked the battery and realized it needed to be replaced. The car now starts immediately. Next, they ran some diagnostics and found that my transfer case was cracked and needed to be replaced. Since my car is from 2013, they found a slightly used case to save me a good amount of money. All the repairs were completed within a few days and the car has been running perfectly ever since. Their communication was very good throughout the process which is critical IMO and I recommend them - they have a shop in New Haven and now Branford. Also, they are friendly and easy to work with.

I have come to CarHavn twice now to get my 2015 Audi Allroad serviced. Ramiro and the team are great. Very professional, customer centered business. The have an online inspection system where they send you the results of their detailed inspection breaking down what is functioning well, what needs maintenance immediately, and what will need maintenance soon, but not immediately. This comes complete with pictures of the areas where they are proposing maintenance, so you can see what is going on and make an informed decision. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local shop for your Audi or other brands they service.

Ramiro was super communicative of what he was recommending and provided photos as well check ins on progress. Definitely not the cheapest oil change I’ve gotten in my life, but the actual labor and parts for my other work was appropriately priced.
