I had an idea for what I wanted for a sub in my Wrangler when I came in, and questions about what I might want for my stereo screen interface. Nate was insightful and informative which I really appreciated. He showed me the difference between 2 interfaces, that was exceptionally helpful to see and touch what he was explaining to me. Have my sub on order and am anxiously awaiting their call when it comes in to schedule the install. They put a whole new system in my husband's jeep last year and it sounds great! Quality work, and I don't feel like we are paying "tahoe prices" for the equipment and labor

Very RUDE customer service! I only wanted to get my CB antenna tuned. He could not even get off his chair to go outside and look at my antenna. No customers were even in his store. Not a good way for a small business (who I was trying to support) treat a Truckee Local. I would NOT recommend him to anyone in the future. I’ll drive to Reno!
