I had a wonderful experience here. Veteran friendly business. The team was super friendly and had my vehicle ready in about an hour. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The waiting area was nice and clean. The restrooms were clean. They offered water and coffee.

I had what seemed like an oil leak under my SUV plus a snapping sound with turning. The guys at Carmedix spent over an hour to figure out what was going on and after thorough inspection found that the oil wasn't coming from my SUV but somehow got splattered on the undercarriage of it from the road. After investigating they said that the sound that I heard was minor and the mechanic showed me the whole underside of my vehicle explaining any problem part that it could be but also explaining that those areas looked good on my vehicle. During this whole process they were very polite and honest giving me updates periodically about the status if their inspection. After all of this they didn't charge me a thing! Talk about honesty! Before leaving they gave me a printed handout of prices for the likely areas that the sound could be coming from if I decided that I wanted to proceed with any repairs. All in all I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Carmedix. I know that I will be returning
