So grateful to have found a reliable auto shop. Everyone I spoke with on the phone (from making an appointment to getting updates) were extremely friendly and helpful. I had my oil change and breaks repaired here. They were very accommodating and had my car done in no time. I really appreciate the service here & will be back with any future repairs. Thank you!

I was in a dire situation today and Carmen's Innovations really stepped to the plate. After just moving to AZ a day ago and having my truck towed here things were not put back together properly. I realized there was a bad vibration and clunking sound when I would drive it. Come to find out this is all the further they put the drive shaft bolts back in (see photos). I was new to town and didn't have any idea who to take it to immediately to get fixed. I began calling around to local shops and everyone was covered up with work and short staffed and booked for days. However, we called Carmen's Innovations and Mike and his crew not only said they'd could do it, but they could do in within the hour. I dropped the truck off and let them look it over. They gave a great online diagnostic inspection report and fixed the issue accordingly. Price, quality, professionalism, and integrity are words I'd describe these guys. I will return and support them in any way I can. Thanks Mike and Mark!

So these guys did an engine replacement for my car (4/5 rating). It took them 4 months instead of 3 weeks, but the quality of the work was there for a great price. The reason for the 1 star: While they were working on my car, someone broke into the car and stole my entire audio setup including Subwoofers, box, and amp. Nothing else was stolen, and there were no signs of forced entry into the car, so it was left unlocked overnight. After over a month of talking and trying to figure it out with insurance and such, I was told I will be getting a check for the amount that was stolen. Great! However, another 2 weeks pass, I call, and am told that there is nothing they can do. If something is stolen from their property because one of their employees didn't lock a car, they should be responsible for replacing it.
