I dont know where to start. I called this place, and Mr. Wu answered and was very informative to my situation. I just wanted an estimate since I knew what the problem was, but like all mechanics 'they need to see it first ' but Mr. Wu was able to assure me, that the carriage under my car is not an expensive job. He even sounded enthusiastic over the phone. He said: "You come now, and I take a look" I was relieved because this other place wanted me to wait until 3pm, when I had things to do and it was 10:30am. When I arrived Mr. Wu greeted me with a smile and looked underneath and said: "oh thats an easy job". Gave him the keys, he lifted the car and not even half an hour later bolted the carriage and trimmed the excess plastic and I only paid $65!! He even got to know me a little, and explained the importance of having my own mechanic. He told me, he does collision, help with smog, oil change, purchase tires, I was like: "wow you are amazing"! I've never heard of a shop like his! Plus he has over 30 years experience as the owner! Just above and beyond, excellent, & outstanding service!! Pls come here and make this your shop, I highly recommend. In a nice area of Burlingame.

I know Larry from previous business together. He has taken care of a bad used car purchase that my dad made. This used car, a 2011 Mazda 3, had no service records, and needed a lot of work to bring it up to par. Larry was very honest and thorough with the work. While working on it, he took the time to take before and after pictures to show to both myself and my dad! After he fixed my dad's car, at a fair price, we then brought in my mother's car for general maintenance. I have sine taken my personal car, my parent's cars to Larry for all of their needs. Larry is fantastic, honest and thorough with his work. I always suggest friends and family to him for all automotive needs. Thanks Larry!
