I ordered from Advance Auto on-line on Friday, 4/9 at 2PM. I thought it was from Advance on the main drag in Jesup. By the time I was able to get to Advance , the CarQuest store had closed. We had out of town company Saturday, so I said I would go Monday since they hold the order 7 days. Well, I thought 7 days. I started getting "Your Order Has Been Cancelled" emails at 9:01 on Monday, Apr. 12. They are not open Sunday, so it wasn't even 2 days. When I called CarQuest, I spoke with a man at front counter and he stated that he had just cancelled the orders because they don't have room to "hold them" and they only hold them 3 days. It hasn't been 3 days!! Not even 2 since they aren't open on Sunday. I have emails to confirm my orders and cancellations. I will NEVER step foot on their property for any reason. I told him that I would leave a review and he said leave a review and thank you for calling and hung up. NEVER again!!! IF they are going to be listed on Advance Auto page, they need to hold to their standards. If they don't have room to hold items, they don't need to be affiliated with Advance or take on-line orders. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
