Joseph Peck4 StarHad an oil change done. Truck was left 2 quart's low. I did call the manager said they owe me an oil change. Not sure if I will be back or not. I provided 2 gallons of oil and a quart of Lucas oil treatment. They did not return the unused oil so I am even questioning if they used bulk oil and kept the Castrol synthetic I provided. I am a retired auto tech. I usually change my own oil but with the cold I decided to try a shop. I guess that is my own fault. This was my first interaction with this shop. The shop has tried to remedy the problem so I changed my review to a 4.Wednesday 23rd February 2022
