This place is wonderful! I went in today to get a new tire, and they actually made a mistake and replaced the wrong one, and they fixed it and gave me an additional tire for free!! The manager Gary was very patient in answering my multiple calls and questions on a used car inspection. He also was instrumental in allowing me to return car the next day as the dealership did damage to wheel and when they replaced brakes as I had severe vibration after I was half way home. Gary was very kind to look at the car a second time without an appt. Or charge at closing time so i had proof of damage caused by dealer.I would highly recommend taking your car here!

Scheduled an appointment on 12/22 for 9:00 on 12/23 to replace headlight bulb in my car. Unfortunately, the bulb my car required was not in stock; I went to pick one up and they gladly installed it for me. The whole process took less than a 1/2 hour. Gary was very professional and went above and beyond in making sure my repair was taken care of. Waiting room was clean, employees observed were busy and polite. I used this shop many years ago and had the same experience. Now that my car is out of warranty, I will no longer take it to the dealer but feel confident in taking it now to Carworx. Top notch service. Thank you for being so helpful.

Nice clean family owned auto body place. Gary really helped me out by giving his professional opinion and thorough inspections on 2 vehicles I was looking at to possibly buying from a business down the street I wasn’t having any good luck purchasing vehicles from. I called him on Monday to set it up he asked me to call the morning of the day I was going to come out and did. He saved me from making another big expensive mistake and gave me much piece of my to be good with the educated decisions I made. So go see Gary about your vehicle care needs he has integrity.

Very aggravated after calling multiple times for a quote to replace an exhaust manifold on a fleet vehicle. I was given the runaround each time stating that they simply haven’t had the time to look into the pricing that I’ll hear back within 30 minutes to an hour. Never heard back. Definitely don’t recommend their customer service, at least over the phone and will not be recommending anyone else to use them!!
