We’ve gone there for years, however Adam is no longer with them and it seems to have made a huge difference. Our Car was promised by end of business Friday. Called them before 5 o’clock and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Had to postpone weekend trip. When we called on Monday the bill was way over the quoted price when I ask why it was over he was rude. When you are paying a 1600 dollar I would think an explanation would not be unreasonable. I realize everyone has a bad day...but sheesh 1600 is a lot of money to me. 780 dollars of it was labor
