Anonymous5 StarCasey is a very honest great mechanic. I've used him a few times to work on my 1974 Ford F250 pickup truck. He is very straight forward and very knowledgable. Maciej Cho2 StarRequested to have a part installed that I already purchased. I would have done it in 15 minutes myself at home but was very busy with my work schedule so i decided to have the shop do it and do some other maintenance work on the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that they ordered and installed two (left & right) sides of the part and charged me 3X what I paid for the same part at a retail location. The part I had supplied was Moog and I never found out what brand they installed into my vehicle (likely inferior). The labor rate was also ridiculous as was the time they billed me for the installation of the parts. I think the quality of their work was good and they are knowledgeable especially on older vehicles. My problem with them is the lack of communication and them doing additional work to my vehicle without my consent. I politely paid my bill and left. That will be the last time I step foot in that building. No trust in this place. A simple repair with provided parts turned into a $300+ overcharge and now I have an extra part I cannot return or use. My wife and I own 15+ vehicles and were testing the waters to see if this would be a new place for us to bring all of our classic vehicles and daily drivers for work.
