I've been a Casey's customer for 21 years and they've always been honest and direct in their dealings. Bill built a solid, smooth-running operation and now Brian has taken over to refine it and give it some modern touches. Trust is the name of the game in the service industry and I trust these guys to give me an honest, fair assessment of repairs and recommended maintenance. They stand behind their work and they team up with other local shops to provide one-stop-shop convenience for specialized auto services. I usually take advantage of the drop-off service, but I've noticed that the revamped waiting room has better amenities than most dealerships. Brian and his team know what they're doing and I know I'm going to pay a fair rate for quality service without worrying about unnecessary up charges.

Eric Took Great Care Of My Truck! He Helped Me Upgrade My Stock Tacoma Wheels & Tires From 16" To 18". He Was Able To Make Sure I Had The Right Size Wheels & Tires To Ensure A Perfect Fit! The Upgrade Was Easy And The New Wheels & Tires LOOK AMAZING! 5 Stars! I Have Already Recommended Several Friends That Are Super Jealous And Like Me, Have Wanted To Upgrade To Nicer Wheels For Awhile But Didn't Know Where To Start Or Who To Trust. Casey's Automotive Did Such An Awesome Job That I Plan On Using Them For All Of My Future Truck Maintenance (Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Alignment, Etc.,) I Love My Truck Now More Than Ever!

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler customized at Casey’s in Chantilly. Brendan and his team did an amazing job. Brendan made some great recommendations for my Jeep’s custom look! I couldn’t be happier with my Jeep and the work Brendan and the guys did! I highly recommend Casey’s Automotive for any repairs, maintenance, or to customize your vehicle. Great service. Very friendly. ***UPDATE*** I can’t say enough good things about Casey’s. The level of professionalism and honesty are second to none. No sales pressure when making recommendations, and they actually talk to you about issues they find. Whatever you decide is final with no added pressure from them. Always friendly service. I’ve never walked away unsatisfied with their work. As far as I’m concerned, there is no comparison between the VA Tire & Auto type places and Casey’s... Casey’s is simply head and shoulders above the rest.

Every single employee was extremely friendly and eager to help! They are kind, knowledgeable, honest, patient, quick, and very thorough. They will go the extra mile to help you, (an employee even came outside into the cold to help me find the correct door). Casey's provided fantastic car and customer service as well as a comfortable place to sit, wifi, hot/cold beverages, and TV while I waited for my car to be serviced. They broke down everything that needed done on my car (with the price) and sent it to be via text so I could clearly see and select what I would like done. I will definitely be going back the next time my car needs something, they took so much stress out of the process!
