Mike Panfile5 StarCB quality Auto is one of the best places I've ever been to and still go to for any kind of work on my car inspections and whatnot. The workers there are very busy all the time but they do what's proper and right and make sure your car is improper running condition and they are honest about what you need and they go over everything with you before they start. Unlike other places that say you need this and that which you really don't need just to take your money.
