Had issues with my truck cranking with no start, they sent a mechanic out. He diagnosed the problem and got everything fixed and running for us at the end of the day. We appreciate the hard work in diagnosing our weird wiring issue. The guy is definitely a hard worker and we will be calling them again for future business.

Diagnosed problem as a clutch that went out. Spent parts of three days working in the snow to repair. But then deserted the car, not repaired, hub cap in drive, orange markers scattered, hood loose, battery sitting on floor, clutch not fixed, wire dragging under car. No note, didn't answer phone 4 days. Had to have it towed to Dealer Alternative. Dealer Alternative, my regular mechanic, says they have to pull the transmission to see what he did. They have to start from scratch and check everything, and it will cost me $1,000 and be gone four days. Then a later report said the axle was broken and other problems, plus bolts and screws missing. Cost now up to $2300.

Brandon was very responsive to our call to get help with fixing our son's car. What I appreciated about Brandon and is that he didn't over-promise and under a achieve. He was clear what he could and could not do with his time commitments and he followed through with us. I also appreciate that Brandon thoroughly explained what was wrong with the car and what we needed to do to fix it. He gave us some options and gave us time to think about it. His invoices are detailed and his prices are very reasonable.
