Lindsey Hammerslag5 StarSaved me a ton of money by helping me determine that it was time to send a car to the scrap yard. CarX wanted $600 to work on one aspect of my failing car and I wasn't sure if it was worth it because the car had other issues and wasn't worth much. So I took it to Cecil's and asked him to assess it. The guy who helped me discovered that the car wasn't going to survive no matter how much money I spent on it.
And here's he kicker: he helped me so much but didn't even want to charge for his services. Even if it only took him 20 minutes, what he did for me was worth so much to my bottom line. It was incredibly kind of him to not ask for anything in return.
I'm really sad that I'm moving away because this place would be my go-to shop for everything else I need in the future. They're super honest and helpful!Thursday 25th May 2017

JD Strode1 StarThis guy was a total D$%& on the phone. I called three times from my work line and was hung up on like I was a telemarketer and then finally reached him on my cell on the fourth time. Upon disclosing that I was the customer he hung up on three times (yes he told me he was hanging up on me before I could even speak), he didn't even apologize. He then asked what I wanted and I told him I had a mustang that needed a check-up. His response was "sorry you have a f*ing mustang" - click.
