We believe in  only repairing what needs to be repaired and don't try to up sell you anything you don't need. When your vehicle is here for a repair and if we notice another issue that needs to be addressed, we will let you know what the issue is what the severity is and discuss with you what your options are. Then you will be able to make an informed decision as to how you would like to proceed. Before we get started on the reported repair issue for your vehicle we perform a road test first to assist in diagnosing and verifying the issue. After the road test the vehicle is then brought into the service garage, put on a hoist and additional diagnostics are performed to determine and verify what needs to be repaired. Some times the reported issue is not what is wrong with the vehicle. If this happens we will contact you and let you know what we found and give you an estimate on what it will cost to repair. We are a NAPA Car Care Center and warranty our parts 12 months or 12,000 miles nation wide so, even if your out of town and have a problem you can go to any NAPA Car Care Center in the USA for warranty service.

I'm actually posting this under my recently deceased husband's account. I reported them to the state as they don't follow state rules and regulations: they provided no estimate, never offered to show me the part they replaced and treated me more rudely than I've ever been treated in my life. Oh, and there's a new dent in my bumper that wasn't there when it went to their shop AND the vehicle is still not fixed. I'm a recently widowed woman and can't afford to be taken advantage of but that's just poor business ethics, no matter who the customer.

Great people here! I've taken a couple cars here for a couple different issues, all were fixed in a timely fashion and done right. Prices seem fair and I wont hesitate to go back. Mostly though, the people are all friendly and knowledgeable. I could stay and talk cars for hours if they weren't so busy.

I came to this place of business in an emergency situation, they were "too busy" to take 10 minutes and change a tire for me so I wasn't stranded on the highway, I understand people coming before me, but helping your fellow human being in trouble will only get you a good word of mouth for your business. I guess that is irrelevant to these guys, money is the bottom line and they are too lazy to help people in dire straits. If you needs courteous dependable help look elsewhere.
