Rachel Hunter3 StarMy van died and after verifying it wasn't the battery or any relays, I took it here to find out what was wrong. After a few days, they called and said it was due to after-market alarm system (which I had no idea was even installed) and that they couldn't help- it was beyond their knowledge and they simply didn't have the time to 'mess around and figure it out.' While I appreciated the honesty, I come from a family of mechanics. Anytime something was beyond my father's knowledge, he always took the time to recommend another trusted mechanic who could help, offered to tow the car there, etc. Not the case with these guys. I took my van to another place who said they could figure it out and after a few days called me to let me know it wasn't the alarm system, but rather a faulty ignition switch- a fairly simple and quick fix. So not only did they not even try to fix it, they completely misdiagnosed the whole thing. Do not recommend.Friday 5th November 2021

allison gruidel5 StarWe don't take our cars anywhere else! Dean is absolutely amazing - always so helpful, patient and kind! With 6, soon to be 6 drivers in our family, it's so nice to have someone to trust and you know won't take advantage of you! Thank you so much, Dean and the crew at Centennial!Thursday 16th December 2021
Jes Stockhausen1 StarAfter thorough research I was excited to take the van to Centennial.
However, I experienced very poor customer service and they failed to address the main issue I brought the van in for. Like going to a doctor who doesn’t listen. When dropping off, I asked numerous times for them to take care of a critical issue (service engine light) with expectations they would. After a full day in the shop, they took care of one issue but not the critical issue I had asked. The van is still not in drivable shape!?!
Dean specifically had very poor customer service. He didn’t appear to absorb what I had been requesting (half listening) my main reason to visit the shop, and chose to ignore me instead. When picking up the van after many hours wasted, his approach to alleviate the situation was silence saying “anything I say is wasted breath.” Nice service, Dean.
Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and encourage anyone with the slightest mechanic knowledge to go elsewhere. They seem to prey on the non inclined suburban citizen.
Good luck.Monday 6th December 2021
