I am an old-timer and probably a little hard to please but this shop is absolutely an old-fashioned customer service professional shop all the way down the line. From the sales or management team beginning with Jordan,Paul and David and the mechanics that work behind the scenes. I will be recommending this particular auto shop to all of my friends when they ask even when they don't ask! HaHa it really is a comfort to know that I have an automotive shop like this, whenever I need any kind of work done. I know that they will have my back. Thank you, Jordan, keep up the great work. I chose this facility because of their stellar reputation and also the fact that they were able to perform the work. My Subaru 2009 had a leaking head gasket. Yes, it was time-consuming and expensive, but it would have been that way no matter where I would have gone. I was kept apprised of the progress every step of the way. I didn't leave there feeling like a dumb female (even though I am when it comes to car repair). I will go here again if needed. They took great care of me and my vehicle.

Great service and friendly staff. We brought in our Honda Element to Central Car Care for repair and they fixed it right up. David in the office talked us through what was done and explained it all for us answering any questions I had. As we walked outside and past the open garage, one of the mechanics yelled out "have a good day!" (Caught me off guard) but as I said...very friendly and we will definitely reach out here again for any future repair needs

The work seemed to be fine and they were busy but very nice. However, we had a big miscommunication over the cost of replacing a part for the wheel alignment. It turned out to be two parts plus labor and hundreds of dollars more than we were told. We expected $200. They wanted $900 but lowered it to $600 taking some responsibility for misleading us. So be sure you get quotes in writing.
