Minor damage to rear view mirror. My vehicle was returned to me with the repair, but new damage was done during mirror installation. In my follow up phone call to report the damage, Brian denied the possibility of this and stated he deleted all the before photos that were taken. When I caught him in his own lie, he immediately changed his story stating he did indeed have the photos still. Long story short. Brought my car back once again to have the paint restored from the damage they caused. Looks like a toddler painted it. I’ve given my business to them on other occasions with no issues. It’s the deception that frustrates me. Customer isn’t always right, but I was. Your people caused the damage. Own it before you try to cover up for them.

Everyone at Central was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The service people seemed to know what they were talking about. My serviceman did an excellent job, he was kind & courteous!! I would definitely recommend Central to anyone, they do a great job!!
