The prices I was quoted at the dealership to fix my car were extremely high. A friend highly recommended that I give Certified Automotive a call. I spoke with Rob there who was friendly & extremely helpful! They arranged to have my car towed around noon & had it repaired that afternoon; for a much more reasonable price! After my Great experience with them, I will Definitely be using them for any future car repairs I have. Certified Automotive is the best place for car repairs, both minor and major and regular maintenance too. I've been going to them now for almost 7 years and won't go anywhere else. Besides being true professionals, they are very honest with you. I once thought I had to have my steering rack replaced, and I told them this. But, they were able to do some minor work on the steering rack to the tune of $68.00 and the car has been fine. A steering rack is a very expensive repair/replacement! They work on my company car as well as my personal cars and its always been a very good experience. I trust them to give me an honest assessment of the work that has to be done. I cannot say the same about the dealership I used to go to. Certified has obviously learned what capitalism means......the best survive because the market determines the winners. Certified is a winner. Couldn't have possibly been better. I had an emergency situation with a damaged and leaking brake-line. Even though they were very busy they squeezed me in. I had only been to Certified Automotive once before and that experience was very good also. They are professional, accommodating and at both visits they were finished before the time given and under estimated cost. I have finally found people who I can trust with my vehicles. Thanks Chris & Lou, and thanks to all the mechanics, you're the best. Chuck and Chris are the best auto mechanics in the state. I had a battery leak which did incredible destruction to my vans wires. Chuck and Chris explained the costs and spent several days fixing the van. After the work was done my bill was about $700.00 and I didn't have all the money just yet and they let me take my van and come back and paid them when I had it. Great guys and you can trust them. The staff was respectful and explained the repairs I needed clearly and politely. The price was very good. The service was clear, quick, and well-priced. I always get nervous before getting my car repaired - I've had some experiences with being talked down to as a woman or I just felt uncomfortable with the staff. This was NOT the case at Certified Automotive. I felt very comfortable with Certified Automotive and I recommended it right away to family and friends! I really appreciated their great service! This is a first rate shop! I highly recommend it! I've been taking my cars (a Honda Civic, 2 Ford Escapes, and now a Nissan Pathfinder) to Certified for almost 20 years. Chris is an extremely meticulous business owner. It is quite evident in how he speaks with his customers. I know as my knowledge of the inner workings of automobiles is pretty thin. Chris has drawn sketches, shown me parts and provides me with a pretty good understanding of what the issue is, what my options are and which are the best for me. The guys in the shop are friendly, professional and respectful of my vehicle. Delivery of their services are timely and the quality of their work is second to none. A friend of mine introduced me to Certified many years ago and I have introduced many of my family and friends and they are regular customers as well. It is a good feeling to have the confidence in knowing that my mechanic is someone I can trust and count on to treat me with the utmost respect and fairness. I have never felt slighted driving out of that lot. Anyone who has an automotive issue needs to give this shop a try. They will save you money and time. The guys at Certified saved me a nice chunk of change today. They could have easily taken the money I was prepared to spend but instead fixed another place’s mistake. Thankful for their honesty and integrity. Will definitely be my go-to place from now on.
