Towed my car in the middle of the night, fair enough i parked somewhere i knew risked that, however bad review for service and price. Showed up late for their own opening and charged $160 for a tow less than a mile. If they are overcharging for that I wonder what else they are overcharging for?

I was expecting to have to wait another week for my services to be done, but they managed to get my car back to me before the weekend was over. Very fair prices and did not do anything that would cost extra money without consulting me. Highly recommend.

I had my Mercedes Benz car towed from somewhere in IU. I went to Chandler Automotive office to pick up my car. It was a cold rainy morning in the middle of the pandemic, so I had my mask on, and was wearing my photochromic glasses. The guy at the front desk was on the phone with someone, and as I was waiting for him to finish his conversation, I couldn't believe what this guy said next. To quote him directly, he turned to me and said, "Just to let you know if you came to rob us, we don't keep money here." Apparently, the person he was talking with on the phone asked him, who/what was that, his next response was; "There is this guy who came in wearing masks and dark glasses." When he realized that I came to pick up my Mercedes Benz, he started sounding friendly. I was dumb-founded and couldn't say anything in response at the moment. To make such a racist and unprovoked comment at a business place was so inappropriate.

A predatory towing buisiness that hunts around to tow cars in the dead of the night (after midnight). These are the kinds that are lesser than cockroaches.

this place is vile. they tow with hardly any sense of judgement and will not listen to reason when you try to explain why they wrongfully towed your car. they’re leeches and liars and i hope whoever working there reading this takes it to heart when i say that.
