Chapman's did an amazing job in an emergency situation for us. My son and I were deer hunting near Craig when our engine had some trouble. I called them on a Saturday and asked if they could fit us in. We brought the car over and they said, "we have to get it done, you're hunting." They worked on it all afternoon and gave us a loaner car to run a few errands and had the car ready to go when we got back at closing time. All worked well and we had a successful hunting trip because of them. Best part is that on Monday morning I got a text saying "Jeff, this is Paula from Chapman's Automotive Service. I wanted to make sure our work on your Ford went well. Everything Great?" I wish every business had that kind of customer service - and I wish I didn't live 4 1/2 hours away from Chapman's Auto Service - or I'd take my car there every time. Thanks for the great, speedy and reliable work and amazing customer service.

My front driveshaft gave out. No one in Craig was interested in an emergency repair. Chapman’s came to my rescue and within an hour I was back on the road with my drive shaft in the machine shop being rebuilt. I came back the next day from Steamboat and picked it up good as new. Great service, great people that care.

A friend and I were visiting Craig over 7 hours away from Trinidad when the CV axel in my front left tire split in half. They were able to get the piece in and the repair done in about 24 hours even though they had two other jobs in front of me. I don't know what I would've done if they wouldn't have been able to get it fixed so fast, but I drove it back down south with no problems. Love these people!
