Michele5 StarI use Charlie and Ray's to have a brand new engine put in my husband's truck they did a magnificent job so I've always trusted them. I called them and told them I had a check engine light on and it was asking me to replace the catalytic converter and they said bring it in and they'll do a diagnostic review so I took it in and to my amazing surprise they told me that they could not find anything wrong with my car. How many times in this life is that possible? Never! I was so happy and thankful for their honesty they could have easily told me anything and I would have thought it hook line and sinker because I trusted them and they knew I trusted them and that's what makes it even more special. To top that all off when I went to pay the diagnostic fees to pick up the vehicle they told me it was no charge! You will never ever find a more qualified professional company that includes 100% honesty an accountability this company's been in years for decades in this they are above all!! Eliza Burkett5 StarI wanted to share. Lately I've been hearing a rattling coming from my exhaust. I was in the area and pulled in to see if they could take a quick look before I lost my exhaust. They had my car on the lift and fixed within minutes (hanger or clamp issue).handed me my keys and said no charge. Wow!So nice to have honesty and a place you can count on. William Bastian5 StarI took a motorcycle there to get inspected. They were very polite and helpful with any and all of my questions and were very prompt at getting me an appointment that worked best for my busy schedule. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the bike and they explained everything to me in detail what needed to be rapaired. It was not a problem at all scheduling a follow up appointment after I made all the repairs. They verified the repairs were done properly and gave me my inspection paperwork . They office staff are all polite and make it a pleasant experience dealing with what can be at time a very stressful experience.Thursday 24th June 2021
