They asked for pictures to ensure they understood the work needed to be done. Rich Darinzo showed up on time and took his time explaining the details of the work. Ben Dussault3 StarThe technician was nice and professional, and the work was done well, but Chestnut Electric only sent a single technician for half-day appointments when I needed a technician+an assistant for a full day appointment. Both times the technician needed to apologize for leaving work undone, but said that he simply couldn't complete the work without another set of hands. As a result, a lot of my higher-priority work still isn't done after two appointments, although I'm still paying for the lower-priority work that was done instead.
The compounding costs plus the hassle of spreading this out over more and more appointments (and having to wait longer and longer for finished work) leaves me disappointed. The technician was doing the best he could, and I was happy with him and the work he did, but I'm very displeased with the logistical planning.
Update: I've amended this review after discussing the issue with Tony, the owner. I'm still disappointed that some of my high-priority work couldn't be completed, but Tony made a reasonable effort to make it right. I understand that this is a challenging time to provide appointments, but hopefully they make their best effort to avoid similar unproductive appointments in the future.Friday 16th July 2021
