Posted my dissatisfaction a week ago. Got an almost immediate reaction from "owner" saying that I would be contacted by the GM or the service manager but I still have not heard anything from anybody nor do I expect to. They never follow up. My Malibu is now popping worse than it was when I took it in. At one point I was told by the "Service Manager" I would just have to live with it . That was within the first year that I had it.
