Scott and the crew at Lee Johnson are a great team with whom to work. As an older woman I appreciate being treated with respect and trustworthy advice. The video of what they were doing was amazing. I bought my car there in 2004 and they have taken excellent care of it and me ever since.

Really this was Lee Johnson KIA. What an awesome group of men! I do not EVER go to a dealer for service BUT this group is the ONLY reason I come to Lee Johnson KIA/Chevrolet/Mazda. Their service is phenomenal and always with a smile, many jokes and great patriotism! Joseph was exemplary. I had never talked to the mechanic before and this was so helpful for me to see the issues my car has. Not many and easily fixable but I am a hands on/sight learner. He was very safe and showed me exactly what I need to have done. I really appreciate him and the Service Advisors. It is such a same that they are still required to wear the face diapers when it's been proven they do not stop anything. Thank you so much!

The crew managing the service department is fantastic. They're so professional and friendly. It makes the whole experience just great! They also setup a Lyft ride to my workplace and back while my car was being worked on (they had a couple of recalls to take care of that took some time). The service was timely and hassle free. They even sent me a video of the multi-point inspection for added transparency! Finally, they gave me a nice summary report on all the checks done along with their recommendations. I just love the experience every time I go there!
