I was hoping these folks would be my new "go to" mechanics based on their good reviews. I made an appointment to drop my car for heater diagnosis at 1 pm on a Thursday afternoon. (I also requested quotes on some other services via e-mail which they never responded to, but did e-mail me the quotes when I asked for them in person.) I learned when I got there that the appointment was just to DROP THE CAR OFF and they would try to get to in in 3-4 days! (There IS a note on their confirmation e-mail that I found quite confusing that they were 5 days out on repairs... but I thought - then why are they letting me make an appointment so soon?) They ended up not finding a heater problem, but I got my transmission fluid changed and a new battery. They ended up doing the work on the following Tuesday afternoon. The people were very friendly and did a great job of communication once they started working on my car. I appreciated them sending a quote for what they did (plus some other services I had asked for quotes on, but declined) and letting me "accept" each item before they proceeded. I have no reason to believe that their mechanics aren't very capable and honest. That said... taking five days to change the transmission fluid and replace a battery (and diagnose the heater) isn't acceptable to me and I don't foresee going back unless they learn what an appointment is and how to schedule them. Their pricing also seemed high to me.

Our family trust the Christian Brothers Team with all our vehicles. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. It's wonderful being able to send your kids in to drop off their car to be serviced and know they will be treated fairly and with respect. I can't say enough good things about the Christian Brothers Team.

Really good place. They take care of you. Brought my car in for an oil change and they brought to my attention another issue with my car. I was immediately presented an offer to get the issue fixed right then and there. I took it and they offered to shuttle me to my 2nd appointment which is down the street from them. Came here because my sister had brought her car in a couple of times and she had nothing but positive things to say about this place. I was not disappointed in the least. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Recommend Christian Brothers. They were very timely, informative, cooperative, and supportive. A few things stood out about this company, beginning with the fact that I was emailed a detailed list of the work needing to be done with the break down of cost. The email was followed up with a phone call from Mike where the damage/work was explained in further detail. They kept me informed every step of the way and I am very appreciative of their level of compassion. They even made a follow up call about a week after to ensure the vehicle was operating to standard. I recommend this company. 10 out of 10.

I took my car for a diagnosis of a oil leak and check engine light. The next day they called asking to extend the diagnoses another hour and that I have to pay 2 times the diagnosis fee. I gave in and did this and the diagnostic report came saying I have to pay 5000 dollars total. I accepted and approved to do the check engine part, 4 codes, since it is around only 1,000 dollars. They called me to say that the car is ready and when I made it there they said the check engine light will stay on because they fixed only 3 codes and need an additional 1k to just look to the last code. Then they will let me know how much it will be to fix the fourth code. I ended up paying the money and came back home with the same issues plus a new issue, a warning to tighten the gas cap, on the way back home from the shop and I did not go to any gas station and that warning wasn’t there before. Also, Mike who is a manager there, is the one who does the communications is always impolite and has an attitude. Sometime we intimidated by the dealer and their prices but in fact the dealer might be cheaper at least they guarantee their work. Also, I had custom DVD headrests recently installed and working upon arrival, the kids were watching when we dropped off the car, and when I picked up the car, apparently they literally cut the wires so the DVDs did not work and required almost all new rewiring. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY FOR THEM TO WASTE!
