Cisco’s reputation for excellence was borne out in every way during my project. I faced the challenge of a significant project (new service panel) while living 800 miles away from the family property. I could not meet with Cisco in person, but because of their professionalism and precise communication, the project went off without a hitch. At every step, Cisco’s professionalism reassured me that the job would be done to the highest standard. At the scheduled install date Seattle was hit with a historic snowfall, making travel hazardous for several days. But Cisco communicated so well that I was able to keep the tenants informed as circumstances changed, and the project went off without a hitch. The office staff also accommodated my request to use a sales tax exemption certificate for a car charger circuit. I appreciate that Cisco attended to even this small detail.
