Cody and Hudson are amazing. They both work hard to ensure the customers are satisfied. Cody often works late nights to make deadlines and Hudson works most Saturdays to get the week wrapped up. I have the pleasure of working next door to them. Clark Service is the only place I take my car anymore because I know Cody will get it done. He's quick, precise, and very knowledgeable about what he does. They are fairly priced. Remember you get what you pay for. I know if I want the job done right Cody is the guy to get it done. Cody is very considerate and quick to notice if your vehicle has other issues and brings it to your attention. All in all Clark Service is the place to take your vehicle for any repairs. Sometimes they don't have openings for a week but that's gotta say somethin about their quality of service and definitely worth the wait 😁 Brooke and Julie are incredible as well. Both of them have positive attitudes and are very polite. Julie is always very professional. Brooke is a ray of sunshine and always has a smile on her face. Both these ladies are a delight to be around and it's always a pleasure getting to talk to them to set appointments up. 😊

I made an appointment and waited 7 days. They said they would call about their assessment. They did not call. They did not repair. They determined it wasn't worth fixing. Even if they didn't desire to repair my car, they did not even give me the option to determine that myself, nor did they give an estimate. They left for the day with my car still there and the receptionist informed me that I owed them 73.00. They allegedly used a quart of degreaser and 1 quart of transmission fluid. All the grease was in the usual locations and when I checked my transmission fluid it was at the exact same level it was when I dropped it off in the morning. So, they charged me 45 minutes labor, 1 quart degreaser, 1 quart transmission fluid, didn't notify me, didn't come to get me like they said they would, and they left for the day! I won't ever take any of my vehicles to them again. It's true my car is old, yet I have maintained it for years! I am VERY disappointed. I haven't ever had someone charge me for determining what is wrong with my car without letting me know anything upfront. In Fact, I'm over 50 and I haven't ever been charged by anyone before for an assessment! I feel very taken advantage of, and after 73 00 im not in any better shape, just shorter on cash that could have been spent better.
