I had a great experience here. They're flexible with emission retests. I came with a coupon for emissions and where some places do free retest for 2 weeks, they didn't have that time limit. After diagnosing the cause of my check engine light (which meant the van didn't pass emissions) I took it to a Chrysler service center for recalls and see if the problem was under warranty still. The other place quoted me on the repair needed, which the labor I was quoted at Cleggs was cheaper and going with Cleggs the part was cheaper too. It took a few visits since my check engine light kept coming back on, but they made the effort to figure out the problem and get it done right at no extra cost to me. They were super helpful and friendly. Needless to say, I ended up needing more than 2 weeks to get things fixed, then enough driving for the retest so I was glad I chose here. Even though my plates expired last month, they helped me with getting the temporary permit and paying my yearly fees on the spot and didn't charge extra for that like On The Spot Renewal can at some places. I highly recommend them!

Up front “honest” but actually dishonest. Will try to up-sale you. Will find issues where there is none. Sorely disappointed. You’re better off doing things yourself rather than throwing it down the drain with these guys.
