Although tucked away off the beaten path, their shop is simple, streamlined and effective for conducting business directly to the customer. Both the owner and staff were courteous, transparent, and helpful in quoting a price and timeline. Follow up was conducted multiple times in a short period to ensure satisfaction, and the owner and staff exhibited a level of trustworthiness unseen in many shops.

I was in need of a part and installation. I don't reside in their area and was visiting family. Staff was professional and friendly. The part I needed and was almost obsolete, they found, ordered and got me back one road. Very reasonably priced too.
