I took my car to Cleve Hill Auto in Hamburg for an oil change and because of some noise coming from the front of my car. Dave told me that I needed a wheel barring replaced and that my AC compressor needed to be replaced. I had him do the wheel barring and hold off on the compressor as I found out I had that covered under a warranty. I then took my car to a Subaru dealer to have the compressor replaced under warranty and they told me that my compressor is completely fine and does not need to be replaced. I emailed Cleve Hill Auto on 12/3 to tell them how frustrated I am with that experience and how I feel that they were trying to take advantage of me and they did not respond- not one word. No apology, no follow up, nothing. Dave is dishonest. Dave will take advantage of you. At this point, I am sure it goes without saying that I will NEVER bring my vehicle to them again. My advice is to BE CAREFUL when dealing with Dave and this business- scam artists.

I have been going here for about 10 years. They are very professional and do great work. They make the experience personal. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything. I have dealt with both Brett and Dave...good guys and great to deal with.

Went on line and requested an appointment. The online service showed availability on either Thursday or Friday this week. opted an appointment for either day, Got an email confirmation that I would be contacted in 24 hours. When no contact was made, I called them only to find that they didn't have availability until next week. Clearly you cannot rely on their online scheduling system. It just doesn't work. Scheduled an appointment for next week. A follow-up review will be made based upon the results of the service needed.
