We usually work on a referral basis, meaning most of the vehicles we service come from family, friends, family friends, or friends of friends! It’s great that our customers tell others about the excellent service they received, and we encourage you to do the same! Getting stuck somewhere with a broken-down car is anything but fun. Every vehicle that comes into the shop gets a complimentary inspection of tires, fluids, belts, brakes and more, all to keep you informed about your car’s overall condition. If you don’t understand what we’re talking about, just ask! We try not to use all the technical jargon, but sometimes we get carried away. There isn’t any pressure to buy anything, but at least you’ll know what to expect down the road. Working on cars since I was big enough to hold a tool, it seems only natural that I should fix cars professionally. The first step I took was auto mechanic classes in high school, and from there I went on to Salt Lake Community College for an AAS degree in auto mechanics. Finally, after I got married, my wife made sure I went back to school and got a Bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. We have teamed up with a company called CFS, through the same organization that allows us to offer our roadside assistance program, to offer auto repair financing.  We know that getting a car fixed sometimes calls for a large chunk of change, and this company offers 60 days same-as-cash (interest free) for loans up to $7,000.00. Our technicians use the latest technology to not only tell you if there are any issues with your vehicle, but show you. If we uncover an issue the photo will be e-mailed to you for your records. At the end of every visit you will receive a detailed report regarding the general health of your vehicle. Our #1 goal is to keep you safe on the road.

Coles was fantastic. Absolutely everything I could’ve needed and more. Very helpful car repair and service. They reset my Mercedes Service warnings that I couldn't get to turn off by myself and it was very complicated to turn it off. Thanks so much you guys for helping me with that. We will be planning to service mine and my husband's cars here. I believe they say they automatically send repair information to Carfax or one of those apps so you don't necessarily have to keep the receipts to prove that you've had your car taken care of properly.

Brandon was great to work with about being communicative with any and all of my questions. I had a mustang throwing an emission code that they were able to track down in a couple weeks and fix. They also helped get all my routine maintenance back up on my high mileage vehicle with a full inspection.

I'm new to the area and didn't have a reliable, honest mechanic until I found Cole's. I have a 2003 Honda Accord that needed the power steering pump replaced and I also had an evap system problem that needed to be addressed. Brandon was very helpful letting me know what they found upon inspection, gave me an honest and reasonable quote and got me back on the road in a couple of days. I absolutely recommend Cole's for all of your service and repairs.
