He was always LIGHTENING fast with his responses no matter day/time and always had someone out to the house first available to troubleshoot any problems along the way. Cheryl Jo Baker5 StarManager Don, electrical technicians Austin and Getro worked with me to install Led ceiling lighting in every room in my house and merged the electrical with existing features, light ceiling fans and light multi-switches. Additionally, they installed outdoor low-voltage landscape lighting around my home. Don worked with me prior to the on-site work through phone calls and emails on light fixture selection. Austin and Getro upon installation work, showed up promptly and as scheduled. They assembled and positioned all the light fixtures to my specifications. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, friendly, and left my house and exterior clean without job debris. Liana Smith5 StarJim and Louis from Comet are fantastic!! We built a new house in 2019 and had their WiFi system installed during the build. The system has worked great with fast WiFi speed throughout our house until just recently when two of our hubs went out. This was the first time we needed service in nearly 5 years and this team came out within 24 hours to resolve the issue quickly and also very kindly worked around my teaching schedule.
