Comfort Specialists responded quickly when I needed them. I received a full diagnostic report and the technician walked me through the system pointing out every point of concern. Once we decided a new system was the solution they moved quickly (it was cold out!). I was presented four options- they were all explained and laid out in a way that made it easy to compare and make a good choice. Once the parts arrived (on time as advised), the system was fully installed in one day by an expert and courteous team. They were very respectful of my home and left it better than they found it. I had a great experience with Comfort Specialists and now also use their services at my place of business.

After calling numerous other places and not getting any phone calls back or being told I would have to pay some ridiculous price. I finally got in touch with Claudette who is very polite and professional. She was able to get a technician out to me within a couple of hours. Christopher the technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He checked the system thoroughly made some repairs. Got my furnace working relatively quickly. Fast easy payment with my card. I went from freaking out to binge watching Netflix in just a couple of hours. This company is amazing. I’m so happy I found them and will be calling on them anytime I have any other issues.

Our heating system wasn't working properly during some really cold weather. Christopher did a great job and fixed the issue right away. He explained everything and did a thorough check up on the unit. Claudia was great at keeping me updated on the timing so I knew when he was on his way. Great company to work with. Thank you!!!!

Really want to thank Dan, Jose, and Andrew from Comfort Specialists for the great electrical work and for going above and beyond to identify a few hidden electrical wiring issues that were present during my repairs. These are the kinds of things that save lives. My house is safer now and my family is, more importantly, safer too.

The oil fired furnace needed replacement. Not only was the new furnace installed quickly but a return air flow was installed that had its own set of challenges. and it was installed. Jose R. Was the installer and was very pleasant and professional to work with. If I could give six stars I would. Thank you Comfort Specialist. You are all the Best. !!!!
